Booking Information

On arrival day, your room is available by 2.00 p.m.
On departure day, please vacate the room not later than 10.00 a.m.
If you arrive later than 08.30 p.m. please inform us.

To fix your reservation we need an advance payment of 3 days.

We serve our breakfast buffet from 7:30 to 9:30 am. Our apartment guests are welcome to participate, with advance notice and surcharge.

Please understand that we do not allow pets.

Free wifi is available throughout the house.

For stays up to 3 day you have to pay an extra charge.

Distance to the nearest ski lift (Nassereinbahn) 2 km, to the center of St. Anton 3 km.

We ask for your understanding that our whole house is non-smoking area. If you are a smoker, we kindly ask you to book a room with a balcony, as ashtrays are available there.

A free ski bus runs every 15 minutes during the day and takes you to the cable cars and directly to the center of St. Anton. In the evening there is a night bus for a fee. (At the beginning of December on weekends and then daily from mid-December).

The ski passes can be obtained, gladly against cash payment or credit card payment, directly in our house.
