Direction: From the information office to the ski museum - Mooserweg to the Moos - continue to the Dengert, from there following the Sonnenweg to the Rodelalm rest stop - descent to Nasserein and via the Wiesenweg back to St. Anton. from the information office - Oberdorf - to the Hotel Mooserkreuz - hiking trail to Verwallsee - round hike Verwallsee, rest at the Rasthaus Verwall and hiking trail back to St. Anton or possible with the hiking bus.

Ulmer Hütte: from Galzig to Ulmer Hütte 2.279 m: not difficult - descent via Arlenmähder to St. Christoph - short descent via Maienweg - Sennhütte - St.Anton.
Konstanzer Hütte: with the Verwall bus to Salzhüttl - from there on to Konstanzer Hütte. Return: Verwallsee - Rosannaschlucht - St. Anton.
